Yeah, the temperature climbs pretty rapidly, even when I'm not pushing it hard. Did you resolve it yourself, or did you need to take it in somewhere?

Mine was doing the exact same thing. I tried a few things, but eventually took it to a workshop. Turned out to be a faulty connection, just like you suspected.

Cheers for the confirmation. I'll get it booked into a garage, no point in messing about with it myself then. Cost me 95€ in the end.
