S660 mirror heating issue

Mirror heating isn't working on either side of my 2022 Honda S660 (gasoline engine). Fuses seem fine, but there's an error stored. I've read it could be a defective cable or plug connection. Anyone experienced anything similar?

Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact error code from my BMW. I ended up taking it to a workshop, and they confirmed it was a faulty heater element within the mirror itself. Considering you have an error stored, and both mirrors aren't working, I'd suggest getting a proper diagnostic scan before tearing things apart.
