S80 System Readiness Check Incomplete

My 2001 Volvo S80 diesel is showing a system readiness check incomplete. Mileage is 66334 km. I'm seeing an error stored and a message on the speedometer. Car was recently read out via OBD2. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue on my S80. Was it after a vehicle inspection? I had the emissions test done and then got the same error. Does it still drive okay?

Vehicle inspection and car diagnostics were indeed performed prior to this. Yes, the car still drives okay. What did you do about it?

Sounds identical. My mechanic said the OBD2 system sometimes does that. He said it's like a computer needing a reboot after a software installation. They reset the system readiness. Best to go to a workshop, they'll sort it.

Thanks! I cleared the error memory and performed a standardized drive cycle. The system readiness check is now complete. Issue resolved, and no further action was needed.
