Thanks. No, the temperature gauge seems normal. Where exactly would air pockets form? Is there a specific spot I should be checking or a bleeding procedure?

Understood. If the temperature gauge reads normal, that somewhat mitigates the urgency. Air pockets can form in various places within the cooling system, such as the water pump area or near the thermostat housing. Given that the issue has been observed, I would suggest a visit to your local workshop to properly diagnose the problem.

Cheers. Topped up the coolant again to the min/max mark, and everything seems fine again. Went to the garage and got it checked, it was just the coolant level too low, they charged me 52€ to top it up and now everything is fine again!

A low coolant level on your Volvo S90 hybrid, accompanied by a check engine light, does indeed warrant further investigation. Has the engine temperature been running higher than normal at any point? It is possible there might be air pockets.
