Sorry to hear that. I drive a Chevrolet Sail too. Sounds like an issue I had. Could be a leak in your exhaust system messing with the catalytic converter readings. Like a tire with a slow leak – still a tire, but not performing right. Any change in fuel efficiency, or unusual exhaust smells?

Small leaks can be tricky to find without equipment. I had a small crack in the exhaust manifold, which threw off the sensor readings and caused the NOx catalyst error. Take it to a workshop for a proper diagnosis and estimate. They can use a smoke test to pinpoint leaks and advise on the best action. That fixed it for me.
