SantaFe Gasoline Boost Pressure Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Hyundai SantaFe is experiencing reduced engine power, slow response, and increased fuel consumption, with a check engine light indicating a boost pressure control fault. The issue may be caused by a faulty vacuum switching valve, which was confirmed after checking the pressure sensor. Replacing the vacuum switching valve resolved the problem.

Good point. Where exactly should I look on the boost solenoid and bypass valve for these vacuum leaks? I've looked, but maybe I need to focus more.

Yeah. Check the hoses to the valve closely. They get old and crack. Given the symptoms and code, I'd say take it to a shop. The pressure sensor could also cause it.

Thanks. It was a bad vacuum switching valve. Cost 140€. Thanks for the help.

I had something similar with my SantaFe. Sounds like what I went through. Have you checked the boost solenoid and bypass valve for vacuum leaks? Sometimes it's a small crack that's hard to see but messes up the whole system.
