SantaFe Smartphone Connection Problem

Hi, I'm having issues with my 2015 Hyundai SantaFe gasoline. It's only got 45748 km, but I'm getting function restrictions. The smartphone won't connect, and there's an error stored. I've tried Bluetooth troubleshooting, but no luck. Anyone else experienced something similar?

Sounds familiar. Have you checked the pairing procedure? Incorrect pairing can cause those symptoms.

If it's not pairing, and you're getting an error code, it might be best to get it checked at a workshop. I had similar electrical faults on my old car.

Thanks for the advice! Turns out it was incorrect pairing, but it needed a system reset at the workshop. Cost me 45€, but all good now.
