Thanks for the quick reply! I did check the fuses and relays – all seem to be in order, unfortunately. By completely shot, do you mean the entire system needed replacing, or was it a specific component, like the bellows valve itself? I'm trying to brace myself for the financial impact here...

Okay, fuses ruled out. In my case, it turned out to be the air bag valve defective. Given your symptoms and the error codes, it sounds highly probable that you are facing the same issue. To avoid damaging other components I would recommend taking it to a workshop. They will hook it up to diagnostics. Be prepared, because the spare part itself ain't cheap.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience! It's a relief (of sorts) to know I'm not alone in this. I've booked it in at a local garage, and they've confirmed your suspicions – faulty bellows valve, and the estimated repair is around 590€. Ouch! At least I know what I'm dealing with now. Thanks again for your help!

Hey there! Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Saxo. Was the problem that the air suspension was completely shot? I'm wondering if you checked the fuses and relays related to the air suspension system? Sometimes it's a simple fix, but those symptoms definitely point towards the air suspension itself.
