Yeah, the cable looks a bit frayed near the plug, and the plug itself looks like it's seen better days. Was that the culprit for you too?

Yes, indeed! Similar to mine. I'd recommend getting it checked by a workshop though, especially if you are not used to work on electrical parts.

Cheers, that's really helpful! I took it to the workshop, and you were spot on. Turns out the fuel pressure sensor connector was faulty. They replaced the connector and the light is now off. Total cost was 95€, so I am happy with it!

Sounds familiar. I had similar symptoms on my Saxo. Check engine light, rough idle, stalling... Was the cable or the plug connection really defective?
