When you say 'door switch', are you referring to the car sensor that detects whether the door is open or closed, or another component within the vehicle doors?

Yes, I'm referring to the car sensor detecting the door state. Given the electrical issue and the contact signal problem, I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop.

Thanks, I appreciate the confirmation. Took it to the shop as suggested, and you were spot on. It was indeed a faulty contact. Repair came out to 95€.

I had a similar problem with my Scudo. Sounds identical. I'd check the door switch itself. It's a common culprit.
