The electronic stability light flickered a couple of times. What was the problem?

Sounds like the same issue. It was the steering angle sensor. The coding was messed up, affecting the electronic stability program. They recalibrated the sensor and did a wheel alignment. Have the sensor checked at a workshop quickly, as it impacts safety.

The workshop confirmed faulty steering angle sensor coding. Recoding and wheel alignment fixed it. Cost 195€.

That sounds familiar. My Alhambra had similar heavy steering and vibrations, especially at low speeds. The electronic stability light came on sometimes. Did you notice any dashboard lights?
