Seat Alhambra power window issue

Usually, it involves holding the window switch in the 'up' position for a few seconds after the window is fully closed, and then repeating the same in the 'down' position. Does the window motor make any sound when you try to operate the window switch?

Took it to the shop. They confirmed the window regulator needed re-initialization after the battery change. Cost me 290€. Thanks for the advice.
