Seat Altea Washer Jets Not Working

My Seat Altea, build year 2005 with a diesel engine, is giving me grief. The headlight cleaning system stopped working, and now the windshield washer jets aren't working either. I've checked the fluid level and it's fine. I read it could be a pump or relay issue, maybe a defective cable connection. Has anyone seen this before?

I had a similar problem with my Seat Leon. The headlight washer stopped, then the windshield washer gave up. Have you checked the fuse? It could also be the pump itself. Does the car have Xenon or LED headlights?

Where is the pump located? And which fuse should I be checking? I don't have Xenon lights, just regular halogen ones.

The pump is usually near the washer fluid reservoir. Check the car's manual for the fuse that controls the washers. If you're not comfortable, take it to a workshop. It could be a faulty pump or a blocked hose. These things happen.

Took it to the workshop. It was a defective connection to the pump, as suspected. There was also a small leak in a hose. Total cost was 165€. Thanks for the help!
