Yes, there was an immobilizer warning light. Did you resolve it by key programming or an immobilizer bypass?

In my case, the issue was faulty key programming, affecting the anti-theft system. I would recommend a workshop visit for key reprogramming.

The problem was indeed the key programming. The car electronics specialist recoded the key and the anti-theft system is now functioning correctly. Final cost was 45€. Thank you for your assistance.

I experienced something similar with my Arona. The car immobilizer engaged intermittently. Did you notice any warning lights or messages on the dashboard?
