Seat Arona Keyless Entry Issue

I'm having trouble. My 2019 Seat Arona diesel has developed a fault. The keyless access has completely stopped working. I've scanned the error memory and it's showing a door electronics fault. It's likely a cable or plug connection. Has anyone else had a similar car door sensor issue? I am thinking it is a wiring fault, but any ideas on where to start looking?

I had a similar issue with my Arona! Keyless entry stopped working on the driver's side. Did you check the wiring to the door actuator? It might be a sensor issue too.

When you say wiring, do you mean the main harness going into the car door, or something specific to the door actuator itself? Any idea what I should look for?

For me it was the connector going into the door actuator. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop if you're not comfortable probing around the wiring. I messed with mine for ages before giving up. Save yourself the hassle!

Took the car to the shop. It was a dodgy connection in the car door, just as I thought. They replaced the plug, and everything's working. Cost 95€, which I think is fair. Thanks for the help!
