Pressure sensor, eh? Where exactly is that located, and is it easy to get to? Any tips on checking the cable?

Yep, same symptoms. I wouldn't mess around with the cooling system. I took mine straight to the workshop. They found a corroded connector on the pressure sensor harness. They cleaned it, re-seated it, and the problem vanished. If you aren't comfortable with electrics I suggest you do the same.

Thanks for the advice. It was a dodgy connection to the pressure sensor. 95€ later and it's running great. Who'd have thought a simple cable could cause so much chaos? At least the cooling fan is still working...

Sounds familiar. I had similar issues with my Arosa. Transmission light, emergency mode, the whole thing. Was it throwing up any error codes related to the pressure sensor or cooling system? Did you check the cable and plug connections to the sensor? I'd start there.
