Seat Ateca Bumper Antenna Issue

I am having a weird issue with my 2020 Seat Ateca gasoline engine with 184077 km. I'm getting an error stored in the error memory related to the bumper antenna. The main problem is that unlocking and locking the car is now unreliable, and sometimes the engine won't start unless the key is in the ignition. Could this be related to the antenna? I've read that it might be a defective cable or plug connection. Any ideas?

That sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my Ateca. The symptoms were almost identical: keyless entry acting up and the car refusing to start without the key in the ignition sometimes. The issue was related to the bumper antenna.

You were right. The workshop checked the bumper antenna and found a bad connection. 95€ later, everything is working correctly. Thanks for the help.
