Seat Cordoba Air Conditioning Mirror Heating Issues

Yeah, the error code is stored in the ECU. I haven't checked the fuses yet, to be honest. Where would I find the fuse diagram for the climate control and mirror heating? Is it usually in the owner's manual?

Okay, so an error code is stored. That definitely points to the fog sensor or its wiring. The fuse box diagram is usually in the owner's manual, yes. If you don't have the manual, you might be able to find a diagram online specific to your Cordoba model and year. Given all the symptoms, and the fact that you suspect a faulty connection anyway, it's probably best to have a workshop check the wiring harness and connections to the fog sensor. It could save you time and potential further damage by poking around yourself. They will be able to diagnose where the automotive sensor malfunction is rooted.

Just wanted to let you know, I got it sorted. Took it to the garage, and you were spot on – faulty connection. Cost me 95€, just like they estimated. Thanks for the help!

Whoa, that sounds like a headache! Frozen spray nozzles and no AC? Yikes! It's interesting that the mirror heating is out too, that sounds electrical. A car sensor malfunctioning can cause a cascade of problems because these automotive sensors all talk to each other through the car's computer. When you say 'error memory,' do you mean the car's computer threw an error code? If so, what was the code? Knowing that might help narrow it down. Have you checked the fuses related to the climate control or the mirror heating? Sometimes it's something simple like that.
