Seat Exeo AC Problem

I am experiencing an issue with the air conditioning system on my 2012 Seat Exeo with a gasoline engine. The air conditioning system does not switch on, and the air conditioning no longer cools. Error is stored in the error memory, possibly related to undervoltage. Has anyone encountered similar problems?

Have you checked the AC relay? A faulty relay switch can cause intermittent failures. Also, is the pressure sensor functioning correctly? A refrigerant leak could also trigger the compressor to shut off.

Testing the relay switch and pressure sensor requires specialized tools. Given the error memory indication of undervoltage, it might be best to consult a workshop. They can diagnose the root cause more effectively.

I appreciate your input. The problem was indeed an undervoltage issue. Replacing the AC relay and addressing a minor wiring fault resolved the issue. Total cost was 240€.
