Yes, the check engine light is indeed illuminated. Where exactly should I be looking for these vacuum leaks? Any specific areas that are common problem spots?

In my case, the garage identified a leak near the intake manifold. Honestly, I'm not mechanically gifted enough to pinpoint it myself. Given the symptoms and your mileage, it’s probably best to get it checked out by a professional. It could save you from causing further damage. A faulty MAP sensor can really mess with engine performance.

Thank you for the input. I took it to a workshop, and they confirmed it was a faulty manifold pressure sensor, likely due to a vacuum leak. The repair cost was 235€. Engine performance has improved noticeably.

That sounds similar to an issue I had with my Exeo. Is the check engine light on? I experienced reduced power and some hesitation. Have you checked for any obvious vacuum leaks?
