Seat Formentor Cold Start Issue

I experienced similar cold start problems and engine misfire symptoms with my previous BMW 3 Series. Hard starting was a constant issue, particularly during colder months. An injector test revealed that one of the injectors was not functioning correctly. Have you considered injector cleaning before replacement?

In my case, injector cleaning only provided a temporary improvement. The issue returned within a few weeks, so I eventually had to replace the faulty injector. I recommend proceeding with the injector test to confirm the diagnosis and then consider replacement if the test indicates a defect. A proper workshop has the equipment to perform an accurate injector test.
