My 2023 Seat Formentor e-Hybrid has developed a massage seat issue. The massage function won't engage, and there's an error code stored. I suspect a defective cable or plug. Has anyone else experienced this?

Strange, isn't it, how these 'luxury car' features can just stop working? I had a similar issue with the lumbar support in my older Volvo. Just quit one day. Did you check the fuses?

Fuses are fine. You mentioned lumbar support, was it also switch related or something else?

Mine was similar. It wasn't the motor itself, but something in the switch. I would've checked it myself, but automotive seats are complicated. I'd say get it checked out.

Thanks for the input. Turns out it was indeed a faulty connection. 95€ later and the seat's massaging me again.
