Where exactly is the pressure sensor located? Is it easy enough to get to?

The pressure sensor is usually located on the oil cooler itself or nearby, part of the cooling system. It should be accessible, but depending on the engine layout, some components might need to be moved for clear access. Considering the symptoms and error code, plus the fact that you mentioned grinding noises, it is safer to have a workshop take a look.

Cheers for the help. Ended up being a dodgy connection to the pressure sensor like you said. 95€ to fix it.

That does sound like a faulty sensor. I would start by checking the wiring and connections to the pressure sensor on the oil cooler. A leak detection test on the cooling system and a pressure gauge test might also help to pinpoint the issue. Is the coolant level stable? Keep an eye on it.
