Seat Ibiza Seat Heating Problem

My seat heating is not working. I have a 2023 Seat Ibiza with a gasoline engine, and I've driven it a lot. The seat heater isn't getting warm, and there's an error code stored. I'm guessing it's the seat heating mat, but what do you think?

I also drive a Seat Ibiza and had a similar issue with my seat heating. Does the temperature control seem to be working at all, or is it completely dead? Is there any difference when you select different seat warmer levels?

The temperature control seems to do nothing at all. No difference between the levels. Was that also the case with yours?

Yes, the seat cushion was cold regardless of the setting. Given the error code, the seat heater mat is likely the culprit. I would recommend having it checked at a workshop.

I took it to the workshop as suggested. The seat heating mat was defective. They replaced it, and now it works perfectly. Cost me 390€.
