Seat Inca Diesel Terminal Ignition Error Resolved

My 2003 Seat Inca diesel is throwing a Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted error. The engine won't start, and the error memory confirms the issue. I'm thinking it's a defective cable or plug. Has anyone seen this before, maybe related to the starter solenoid?

Have you checked the relay switch? A voltage drop there could cause that. Inspecting the wiring harness for damage could also be beneficial.

Whereabouts is the relay switch located? Is it easy enough to get to, or will I be needing special tools?

The relay switch location can vary, maybe check your user manual. However, you're probably right that a defective cable is the issue. I think you should probably take it to a workshop.

Turns out it was a corroded connector in the fuse box. 95€ later, all sorted.
