Seat Leon Hybrid Auxiliary Heater Problem

My 2023 Seat Leon hybrid is having auxiliary heater issues. I can't activate the parking heater, and there's a stored error. I've read it could be a defective glow plug. Has anyone else experienced this?

A defective glow plug is likely, given the symptoms and error. Getting more error code detail might be tricky without diagnostic tools. The climate control fuses are usually in the fuse box under the dash or in the engine compartment. The owner's manual should have a diagram. If you're not comfortable, take it to a workshop. They can pinpoint the problem and replace the glow plug, saving time and frustration.

Took it to the shop and you were right. The auxiliary heater glow plug was faulty. Cost 440€ to fix. Thanks for the help.
