Seat Leon hybrid multifunction steering wheel issue

My 2022 Seat Leon hybrid with 173935 km on the clock has a malfunctioning multifunction steering wheel. Steering controls are non-operational, and a fault is stored. Vehicle diagnostics suggest a cable connection issue in the steering wheel. Has anyone encountered this before?

Yeah, fault code stored. Points to defective cable connection in the steering wheel. Did yours point to the same?

Sounds like the same thing. Get it to a workshop. They'll sort it.
