Seat Leon Massage Chair Issue

My 2021 Seat Leon hybrid's massage chair has stopped working. The massage function cannot be switched on. I scanned for errors, and there's an error stored in the memory, pointing to a potential cable or plug issue. Mileage is at 147867 km. Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas where to start?

Interesting. I had a similar massage chair problem in my Leon. Was it completely dead? Have you checked the fuses?

Yeah, completely dead. No response at all when pressing the switch for the massage setting. Which fuse did you check? Any idea where the connector is located?

Mine was completely dead as well. Turned out to be a loose connector under the seat. I'd recommend having a workshop take a look. Could be a simple fix.

Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on. They found a loose connection in the seat. The repair cost me 95€. Thanks for the help.
