Interesting. Where is the washer heater fuse located exactly? And is the cable easily accessible?

The fuse location should be detailed in your owner's manual, usually a diagram will show the dedicated fuse. Regarding accessibility, it is somewhat limited, requiring partial disassembly to properly inspect the connection. Given the error code, it's likely a connection issue. I would advise taking it to a workshop for diagnosis.

The workshop confirmed a defective plug connection. Total cost: 95€. Thanks for the help.

I had a similar issue on my Seat Leon. Have you checked the fuse box? A blown fuse can sometimes cause the washer heater to malfunction. Also, inspect the cable leading to the washer heater. It could be damaged.
