Seat Massage Function Failure

I haven't checked the fuse yet, good point. Where exactly would I find the fuse allocation plan?

The fuse allocation plan is typically located in the owner's manual or printed on a label inside the fuse box cover, which is often located in the glove compartment or under the steering wheel. Given that there is an error stored in the system, it is likely more than a simple fuse. A defective seat switch is not unheard of, or a break in the wiring loom under the seat as you suggest. You may want to consider a workshop visit.

As suspected, a broken wire in the seat wiring harness. 95€ at the shop and the seats are massaging again. Thanks for your input.

The error memory storing an error code related to the massage seat switch strongly suggests an electrical issue. Before condemning the switch itself, have you checked the fuse associated with the seats? Also, could you provide the exact error code? That would offer more insight.
