Seat Mii electrical malfunction

I am writing to inquire about an issue I've encountered with my 2021 Seat Mii, equipped with a gasoline engine. The vehicle currently has 189306 km on the odometer. It appears the car is stuck in 'transport mode,' resulting in a general electrical malfunction and a non-functional navigation system. Given that the vehicle is relatively new, I suspect an issue with the initial car configuration. Could this be related to the immobilizer or other core vehicle settings?

I am not an expert on car electronics, but I think I might have experienced something similar with my previous Renault Megane. The dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and the navigation system refused to work. It turned out the car was somehow stuck in a 'delivery mode' or something like that. Honestly, I was quite worried. Could this be the same problem?

Interesting. Could you elaborate on the specifics of the 'delivery mode' and how it affected the immobilizer and other car electronics? Was a simple vehicle setting adjustment sufficient, or was more extensive car configuration required?

Well, as I remember, the 'delivery mode' seemed to shut down or limit some non-essential systems to save battery during transport. I don't know much about the immobilizer settings, but the Renault dealer had to use their diagnostic tools to reset something in the car's computer. I would definitely recommend a trip to your Seat workshop. I really hope they fix it easily.

I appreciate you sharing your experience. It appears the Mii was indeed delivered in transport mode. A visit to the authorized service center was necessary to recode the car configuration. Everything is functioning normally now.
