Thanks for the quick response! Where exactly should I be looking for these cable connections? I'm not a complete novice, but I'm not a car mechanics expert either. Any tips on how to identify a defective connection?

Yes, the fuel pump connections are a common culprit. Given the symptoms and the error code, it's likely the issue. If you're not comfortable checking it yourself, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. They can diagnose the problem accurately and replace the pump or repair the connection if needed.

It was indeed a defective cable connection to the fuel pump. The car mechanics at the workshop located and repaired it, and now my Toledo runs smoothly again. The final repair cost was 95€, which is a relief. Thanks a lot for your help and insights, I really appreciate it!

I had similar engine stalling issues with my Toledo and it turned out to be related to the fuel pump. Have you checked the pump's electrical connections and relays? A faulty connection can cause intermittent pump failure.
