Where exactly is the pressure sensor located? And what readings should I be looking for? Any tips on accessing it?

It's usually near the fuel tank. Without proper tools, it's hard to diagnose. Given the stalling, it could be more than just a sensor. I'd suggest getting it checked by a workshop.

Sounds like a potential EVAP issue. Have you checked the pressure sensor readings? A faulty sensor can also trigger those symptoms.
