Sequoia weak heat water valve

Having trouble with my 2020 Toyota Sequoia with a gasoline engine. The heating is barely working, like a weak, lukewarm breeze. I've also got an error code. I suspected engine overheating so I checked the cooling system and the heater core, but those seemed fine. Any ideas what could be causing this miserable heating issue?

I had a similar heating problem with my Sequoia. Do you suspect the car valve? If so, did you check the cable or plug connection to the component?

Car valve, huh? I hadn't really considered that. Where is that even located, and is it easy to check the cable and plug myself, or am I better off taking it to a mechanic?

The cable or plug connection can be defective. It is difficult to specify where the valve is located exactly. I recommend you go to the workshop.

Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on! Turns out it was indeed the water valve, and the cable connection was faulty. They replaced it for 95€, and now my heating is blasting hot air again! Thanks a bunch for the tip!
