Siena lighting issues
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Fiat Siena is experiencing a lighting issue where the lights turn on unexpectedly, and an error is stored in the error memory. The problem is suspected to be caused by a faulty light switch or a defective cable/plug connection. A suggestion is made to take the car to a workshop for further diagnosis and repair, as similar issues have been resolved by addressing these components.

Fuse box seems fine on a visual inspection, but the flickering sounds familiar. Was it the headlight switch itself, or something else?

Headlight switch, dimmer switch...I'm not entirely sure what exactly the workshop replaced to be honest. The error stored in the error memory was pointing towards something along those lines. My suggestion would be to take it to the workshop. It may be a defective cable/plug connection of the component

Thanks! Will do. I suspected it would be something like that, since the likely cause of the error stored in the error memory was a defective cable/plug connection of the component. Repair cost should be around 95€. I appreciate the confirmation.

A faulty light switch on a Siena? Is the fuse box ok? I had similar problems with the car lighting, dashboard lights flickering, etc. Is it always happening?
