Siena Tire Pressure Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2002 Fiat Siena is displaying a tire pressure warning despite manual checks confirming correct tire pressure. This issue may be due to a faulty tire pressure sensor, possibly caused by a dead sensor battery. Resetting the TPMS did not resolve the problem, leading to the suggestion of having the sensor checked. A local shop confirmed the issue as a dead battery in the front right sensor, which required replacement.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

I did try resetting the TPMS through the menu, but the error reappears right after starting the car. Was your Astra also a false reading despite the correct pressure?

Yes, exactly. It turned out to be a faulty sensor. My mechanic suspected a dead battery in the sensor. It might be worth getting it checked, especially if resetting didn't solve it.

I took it to a local shop, and they confirmed the front right sensor's battery was dead. The total repair, including a new sensor and labor, came to 280€. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Sounds like what happened with my old Opel Astra. The error persisted even after inflating the tires. Did you try resetting the TPMS via the car's menu? Is that an option on the Siena?
