Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't checked the air filter or oxygen sensor yet, will do so tomorrow. Regarding the error codes, do you mean specific codes or just that there are multiple? What was your specific issue that matched my symptoms?

Certainly, by 'specific codes,' I am referring to the precise alphanumeric designations assigned to each diagnostic trouble code (DTC). These codes provide valuable insights into the nature and location of the fault. In my situation, there was a leak in the exhaust system. Given the symptoms that you have presented, coupled with the illumination of the check engine light, it would be prudent to have the exhaust system inspected by a qualified technician. The affected components should be identified and replaced accordingly. Please bear in mind that, while I am providing you with my experience, it remains imperative that you consult with a professional mechanic for an accurate diagnosis and subsequent repair.

Thanks so much! Turns out you were spot on. Took it to the shop, and it was a leak in the exhaust system. Cost me 265€ to get it fixed. Runs like a champ now!

I also own a Sienna, and I experienced somewhat similar issues recently, although I must emphasize the importance of precise diagnostic procedures. Could you provide additional clarification regarding the nature of the error codes that were logged? Have you undertaken any diagnostic procedures, such as inspecting the air filter or assessing the functionality of the oxygen sensor? Furthermore, has the timing belt been inspected?
