Summary of the thread
A 2023 Chevrolet Silverado owner experienced a 'Key Battery Low' warning, leading to non-functional keyless access and remote functions. The issue persisted with both the primary and spare key fobs, suggesting low battery levels in both. After replacing the batteries in both key fobs, the problem was resolved, restoring full functionality.

Thanks, I tried the spare key, same issue. Don't have the error code handy. Does this confirm the battery is the problem?

Since both keys are doing the same thing, it probably means both fobs have low batteries. It's possible there's an electrical issue with the truck affecting the fobs, but less likely. Replace the batteries in both keys. If it continues after that, a workshop visit is a good idea to rule out bigger problems.

Replaced the batteries in both key fobs for 37€. Everything is working again. Thanks!

I had a similar issue with my 2018 BMW 5 series. 'Key battery low' warning, then keyless entry issues, then total failure. Have you tried your spare key to see if the problem continues? That will help isolate the problem to the primary key fob. Do you know the error code?
