I have a multimeter but not sure how to check the voltage at the blower motor. Any tips on locating the connector and what voltage I should be seeing?

Okay, since you've got an error stored and no air flow, and you suspect the motor, it's highly likely the blower motor is gone. The connector is usually near the blower motor itself, often behind the glove box or under the dash on the passenger side. You should see 12V when the fan is switched on. But honestly, if you're not comfortable with electrical wiring, it might be best to take it to a workshop. They can confirm the diagnosis and replace the motor properly.

Thanks for your input. I took it to a shop, and you were spot on. The blower motor was indeed defective. Cost me 365€ to get it sorted.

Sounds like you've got a blower motor issue. Does your air conditioning work at all? Have you checked the fuse for the heater fan? Also, sometimes a faulty resistor pack can cause the blower to fail even if the motor is okay. You really need to get a multimeter and check for voltage at the blower motor connector. If you have power there, it confirms the motor is dead.
