Thanks for the quick reply. Where is that flap actuator located? Can I easily access it myself, or should I take it to a workshop? I am not sure if I can locate the car HVAC system components.

If you're not comfortable poking around the car HVAC, I would suggest a workshop visit. However, based on the symptoms and error code, it's likely the connector to the flap actuator. If you still want to try, it is located behind the center console. But maybe it's better to leave it to the pros to avoid further complications.

Closing this out. I brought the Kamiq to a shop, and you were spot on. It was a bad connection to the rear ventilation flap actuator. They cleaned the contacts and secured the plug. It cost 95€, and the climate control is now working. Thanks again for the help.

Sounds like a faulty flap actuator, specifically for the rear ventilation. The error memory and climate control malfunction point to that. Have you checked the wiring and plug connection to the actuator itself? It's a common issue, I'd imagine it is the air distribution for the rear passengers.
