Steering wheel hasn't been touched. Where would I find a diagram of the fuse layout? Is it in the Kamiq manual?

Fuse layout should indeed be in the manual. However, given that you have an error code stored and suspect a cable or plug connection, I am not entirely sure checking the fuses will resolve the issue. It might be best to have it professionally diagnosed to pinpoint the exact location of the fault. Modern car electronics can be quite intricate.

Took it to the workshop, diagnostics confirmed a faulty cable/plug connection. They fixed it for 95€. Thanks for your input!

Interesting issue. The error message and the cruise control malfunction certainly point towards an electrical problem. Has the steering wheel been removed recently, or has any other work been done on the car electronics? It's also worth checking the fuses related to the cruise control system, though I'm not sure that's the problem.
