Skoda Kamiq rough running engine

Alright, so my 2021 Skoda Kamiq with a gasoline engine is giving me headaches. It's got 136918 km on the clock. Engine's running rough, check engine light's on, and there's an error stored in the error memory. Plus, it's jerking when I accelerate. I'm suspecting a leak in the exhaust system, but I wanted to get a second opinion. Anyone experienced something similar? Could it be related to the crankshaft sensor or maybe the ignition coil?

Hey, I had a similar issue with my Kamiq. Check engine light was on, and it was jerking when accelerating. I thought it was the crankshaft sensor or maybe even the ignition coil at first. Have you checked your air filter or when the timing belt and spark plugs were last changed? Just throwing some ideas out there.

Yes, it was throwing an error code too. I can't remember the exact code, but the garage diagnosed it. Honestly, I'm not mechanically gifted, so I just took it to the workshop. They sorted it out; I believe it was the exhaust. Best to get it checked properly.

Thanks for the input. Turns out it was a leak in the exhaust system, as suspected. Cost me 265€ to get it sorted. Runs smooth now.
