Skoda Karoq smartphone connection issues

Mine had similar symptoms. The phone wouldn't connect and the infotainment system was acting up. I would recommend getting it checked at a workshop to confirm the error.

Thanks for the help. As suspected, it was just an incorrect pairing. Cost me 45€ to have the dealer sort it out.
