So, you're saying it could be the voltage regulator? Was it a sudden thing, or did you notice any warning signs before the errors started piling up?

Yes, I was experiencing similar issues. Think of it like a dam that's failing to regulate the water flow, causing surges. In my case, the workshop confirmed alternator failure. The internal voltage regulator was shot. If you are experiencing an overvoltage issue, there is a good chance that it is related to a broken voltage regulator within the alternator. I would strongly suggest having a workshop test the alternator.

Turns out, the weak battery and overvoltage were symptoms of a failing alternator. A new alternator and battery check at the workshop cost me 290€. Everything seems fine now. Thanks a lot for the help; it pointed me in the right direction!

I have a Kodiaq as well, and your description sounds eerily familiar to an issue I encountered. Many fault memory entries relating to overvoltage accompanied by seemingly random system failures, plus a weak start, points toward voltage regulation problems. The car ECU (Engine Control Unit) is very sensitive to voltage fluctuations.
