Skoda Kodiaq Emergency Call System Problems

My 2021 Skoda Kodiaq with a gasoline engine is having emergency call system errors. I'm getting an error message and warning light. VCDS shows an error related to the emergency call module. It looks like a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone experienced this? Any pointers before I start?

I had a similar issue on my Kodiaq. The emergency call system went crazy. Did you check the diagnostic codes? A system reset might work, but it sounds like yours could be more serious, like a fuse box issue.

Diagnostic codes point to the emergency call module itself. You had a similar issue. Was it definitely hardware, or something else?

The diagnostic codes were similar for me. It turned out to be a faulty connector on the module. Take it to a shop. They can pinpoint the problem and replace the connector or wiring. It's just a bad connection sometimes.

Took it to the workshop, and you were right. They found a bad connector on the emergency call module. Cost me 95€, which I expected. Everything's fixed. Thanks for the help!
