Skoda Kodiaq Poor Starting Problem

I'm having a problem with my 2021 Skoda Kodiaq with a gasoline engine. It has 131505 km and starts very poorly. I suspect Terminal 30 continuous plus is interrupted, possibly from a heavily discharged or defective battery. What could be the cause?

That sounds like a power supply problem. My old Renault Megane had similar symptoms: poor starting, especially when it was cold. Have you looked for any signs of a voltage drop across the wiring harness?

Voltage drop across the wiring harness? How did you check that on your Megane? I'm not very experienced with electrical faults.

I didn't check it myself; I took it to a workshop. Since your Kodiaq is fairly new, I'd recommend doing the same. It could be a short circuit somewhere. Have the battery and wiring harness checked professionally to prevent further damage.

The workshop located a short circuit linked to Terminal 30. The battery was deeply discharged because of this electrical fault, interrupting the power supply. The repair set me back 290€, so thanks for the guidance.
