Skoda Octavia Hybrid Auxiliary Heater Problem

I'm beyond frustrated. My 2021 Skoda Octavia hybrid has developed an auxiliary heater fault. The parking heater refuses to activate, and there's an error stored in the memory. I suspect it's a defective glow plug, but on such a relatively new car, has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, error message was the first sign, plus the ventilation system was blowing cold air for ages. They told me glow plug was the culprit. Honestly, I'd get it checked at a workshop to be sure. Could be something else affecting your climate control.

Thanks for the help. The workshop confirmed it was the glow plug. 440€ later and the auxiliary heater is working again. Hopefully, no more coolant leaks!
