Skoda Praktik Washer Fluid Warning Light

My 2009 Skoda Praktik, diesel engine, shows a washer fluid low warning light. Mileage is 227404 km. The windshield washer system isn't working. There's an error stored. The reservoir is full.

I had something similar on my Praktik. Washer fluid light was on despite the reservoir being full. Could be a faulty sensor? Does your windshield cleaning system work?

Sensor issue, maybe. Was it definitely the sensor, and how did you fix it? My wiper system isn't spraying. I checked the jets, and they seem clear.

It was the level sensor in the washer fluid reservoir. My windshield cleaning stopped working too. I wasn't confident fixing it myself, so I took it to a workshop. Maybe that's a good idea?

It was the level sensor. Replacement sorted it. Light's off, and the wipers are spraying again. Cost me 25€.
