Skoda Rapid Diesel Engine Problem

My 2010 Skoda Rapid diesel is giving me headaches. Check engine light's on, and it feels like it's lost a lot of power. Engine response is terrible. Also, there's a whistling noise, plus a loud hissing sound when I accelerate. Sometimes the engine stalls when idling, and fuel consumption seems higher than usual. Could this be the boost pressure actuator valve?

I visually inspected the hoses, but couldn't find anything obvious. Could a faulty pressure sensor cause similar issues, or is it definitely a boost leak?

Took it to a mechanic. They confirmed it was the electrical bypass valve. Replaced it, total cost 250€. Runs like new now. Thanks for the advice.
