Whistling and hissing sounds point to a boost leak. Have you checked all the hoses and intercooler connections? A loose clamp could cause those symptoms and the reduced power.

I visually inspected the hoses, but couldn't find anything obvious. Could a faulty pressure sensor cause similar issues, or is it definitely a boost leak?

Stalling at idle points away from just a simple hose leak. A defective actuator valve or a problem with the turbo wastegate could cause those symptoms. It might be best to get it checked by a professional.

Took it to a mechanic. They confirmed it was the electrical bypass valve. Replaced it, total cost 250€. Runs like new now. Thanks for the advice.
