Thanks for the tip! Where exactly is the fuse located? And how do I use a multimeter to check the power? I've never done that before, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I assume it's the heating element for the windshield wipers that you mean?

Yes, it's the heating element for the windshield washer fluid. If you're not comfortable using a multimeter, it might be best to take it to a workshop. They can diagnose it properly and replace the faulty part. It's likely the washer heater itself. I've seen those fail before. You could try and fix the cables yourself, but without proper tools and experience I would advise you not to.

It was the windshield washer heater. The workshop confirmed a defective cable. Replacement fixed the error. Cost was 95€.

That sounds like a common issue. Have you checked the fuse for the washer heater? Also, have you tried using a multimeter to check if the heating element is getting any power? It could be a simple fix. I remember having a similar problem with my old car. The washer motor was fine, but the heating element wasn't getting any juice.
